Ingredients

  • 2 pork loin (s), fine, 500 g each
  • 2 cups sweet cream
  • 250 g beef jerky
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 2 large onions
  • salt and pepper
  • garlic
  • Paprika powder
  • 1 package sauce (cream sauce)

Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into slices, sprinkle with the spices and fry each side on a very hot flame for about 1 minute. Then layer the meat in a baking dish (do not grease the dish!). Heat the whipped cream in a saucepan, mix the cream sauce powder with a little water and add to the cream. Bring to the boil briefly while stirring, then pour the sauce over the meat. Sauté the jerky separately and drain the fat if necessary.
  2. Steam the mushrooms and onions, mix with the jerky meat and spread over the sauce.
  3. After everything has completely cooled down, cover the mold with foil and put it in the refrigerator for at least eight hours. One hour before consumption, bake the form in the oven at 180 ° C.
