  • 750 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • some salt and pepper
  • 1 packet puff pastry
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 roll, dry
  • mustard

Instructions

  1. Salt and pepper the loin.
  2. Soak the roll in water and squeeze it out, mix into the minced meat. Season this with onions and spices to taste.
  3. Thaw the puff pastry for approx. 15 minutes and roll out.
  4. Surround the loin with minced meat and roll it in the puff pastry. (Brush the edges with egg white).
  5. Cut out small figures from the remaining dough and place on the roll (brush with egg white beforehand). Brush everything with egg yolk and bake in the oven until golden brown at 200 ° - approx. 1 hour.
