Ingredients
- 4 cl orange juice
- 2 cl lemon juice, fresher
- 2 cl almond syrup or Crema de Almendra
- Ginger ale
- 4 ice cubes
- Mint for decoration
- some ice, crushed

- Put the orange juice, lemon juice and almond syrup with 4 ice cubes in a shaker and shake vigorously for a few seconds.
- Half fill a cocktail glass with crushed ice. Pour in the contents of the shaker. Then fill up with ginger ale.
- Decorate the cocktail with a sprig of mint and serve.
