Ingredients
- 6 apples, peeled, halved, pitted (crumbly variety)
- Butter or release agent spray for the mold
For the filling:
- 50 g butter, melted
- 200 g marzipan raw material, briefly heated in the MW
- 100 g almond (s), (flakes)
- 100 g almond (s), chopped or round
- 200 g orane peel (or 100 orane peel & 100 cherries, chopped)
- 1 cup cream, (200g)
- possibly honey, about 2 tablespoon

- Easy to prepare, cold or warm, also for brunch or dessert buffet. Also as a sheet cake.
- Baking pan: square, approx. 25 cm or 12-cup muffin tray
- Prepare the apples and place in the selected, greased baking pan - the hollow of the core is facing up.

- Variations:

- Tips:
- - Well suited for apples that are no longer crisp when fresh.
