Ingredients

  • 7 kiwi (s)
  • 200 ml water
  • 75 g semolina (soft wheat)
  • 5 tablespoon sugar, more if you like
  • 0.5 ½ pack sugar (orange)
  • 1 orange (s), juice it
  • 200 ml sweet cream
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Peel the kiwi (works well with a peeler) and cut into large pieces. Put together with the water and the sugar in a saucepan and let simmer for about 5-10 minutes. Stir every now and then. Then puree with the hand blender, squeeze in the orange juice and add the orange sugar. Mix well. Add the semolina while stirring with a whisk. Simmer on a low flame until the semolina is well swollen.
  2. Let cool down and chill.
  3. Beat the cream with the hand mixer. Take the kiwi meal out of the refrigerator and also whip a little. Then stir in the cream with the hand mixer and serve.
