Ingredients

  • 200 g pumpkin seeds
  • 50 g sunflower seeds
  • 50 g almond (s)
  • 50 g cashew nuts
  • 50 g walnuts
  • 50 g oatmeal
  • 50 g chia seeds
  • 100 g flaxseed
  • 500 ml water, lukewarm
  • 500 g wholemeal spelled flour
  • 8 g salt, coarse or 12 fine salt
  • 20 ml apple cider vinegar
  • 1 sachet dry yeast
  • Sesame to roll over

Instructions

  1. Chop the almonds, cashew nuts and walnuts a little. Lightly toast the kernels, almonds and nuts in a large pan and let cool.
  2. Then mix all the ingredients together and knead in a food processor for several minutes, occasionally removing them from the edge of the bowl with a spatula. The dough shouldn`t be too firm. Add a little more water if necessary. Cover and let the dough rest in the bowl for about 30 minutes.
  3. Then pour onto the worktop and divide. Roll in sesame seeds and shape into long loaves.
  4. Place the loaves on baking paper and cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C top / bottom heat.
  6. Bake for about 50 - 60 minutes. Cover the last 10 minutes before the baking time is up with aluminum foil.
