Low Calorie No Bake Cheesecake

This cheesecake is very relevant in the summer, when there is a desire to eat something light and low in calories. Due to the dairy ingredients, it has a pleasant consistency and delicate taste!
Ingredients
- Butter 100 Grams
- Cookies 200 gram
- Sugar 125 gram
- Curd 400 Gram
- Milk 100 Milliliters
- Sour cream 125 gram
- Gelatin 20 Gram
Directions
- Mix the crumbled cookies with melted butter.
- Mix everything thoroughly.
- Tamp the cookies into a cheesecake pan and refrigerate for half an hour.
- Cover the gelatin with cold water for 10 minutes.
- Stir the curd with sour cream until smooth.
- Mix milk with sugar and gelatin, bring to a boil.
- Mix the curd and milk mass, and then pour over the crust. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
