Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut them into slices and pre-cook them in salted water (about 15-20 minutes). Meanwhile, cut the paprika, garlic and onion into cubes. Then fry the garlic and onion in a coated pan in 1 tablespoon of oil. Then add the ham and fry. Finally add the peppers and fry a little.
  2. When the potatoes are ready, drain them and layer them in a baking dish. Then spread the onion, garlic, paprika and ham mixture over it. The whole thing is then poured over with the tomatoes (if you like it a little creamier and don`t pay attention to calories, you can mix the tomatoes with some cream beforehand). Then spread the cottage cheese over it. Bake the whole thing for 30 minutes at 200 ° C top and bottom heat.
  3. Tips:
  4. This recipe can be varied very well. You can add any kind of meat (for example, it is also very tasty with minced meat) and any kind of vegetables (broccoli is very tasty with it).
  5. You can also use pre-cooked jacket potatoes (use leftovers) and then simply peel them.
