Instructions

  1. Cut the mushrooms into slices and peel and dice the kohlrabi and carrots.
  2. Fry the minced meat in a little olive oil and season well. Add the mushrooms and fry them. As soon as the mince and mushrooms have the desired browning, add the diced kohlrabi and carrots.
