  • 500 g low-fat quark
  • 100 g almond (s), peeled, approx. 45 pieces
  • 50 g protein powder (vanilla protein powder)
  • 100 g almonds, round
  • 60 g desiccated coconut, for the douh
  • 100 g desiccated coconut

Instructions

  1. Mix the low-fat quark, protein powder, ground almonds and 60 g coconut flakes with a hand mixer to form a dough mixture.
  2. Form small balls of dough out of this and stick an almond in the middle. Roll the balls in desiccated coconut. If the dough balls are rather small, it will make about 45 pieces. Chill the balls for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. The balls are very suitable as a low-carbohydrate dessert.
