- 4 large egg (s)
- 30 g almond (s), round
- 150 g cheese, rated
- 2 tablespoon cream cheese (herbs or paprika)
- 50 g parmesan cheese
- 40 g mayonnaise
- 8 slices cooked ham
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 slices Gouda cheese

- For the dough, whisk the eggs with the whisk, then mix with the almonds, grated cheese, cream cheese and parmesan. The mass is relatively fluid, that`s normal.
- Then place the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and place in the oven for 5 - 10 minutes at 200 ° C. The dough should then have reached a firm consistency. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
- After cooling, cut into four rectangles, brush each rectangle with mayonnaise and place 2 slices of the ham and one slice of Gouda cheese and one slice of cheddar cheese on top.
- Roll up and place in the oven for another 10-15 minutes, until the rolls are nice and brown and the cheese has melted.
