  • 200 g mozzarella, rated
  • 75 g sour cream
  • 50 ml water
  • 3 onion (s)
  • 3 clove (s) garlic
  • 3 bell pepper (s)
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoon mustard
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Finely dice the garlic cloves, an onion, a bell pepper and the bunch of spring onions.
  2. Knead the minced meat, eggs, mustard, tomato paste, salt, pepper and paprika powder.
  3. Fold in the chopped vegetables, take half of the spring onions and mix in. Then put the mixture in a baking dish and distribute everything evenly. Bake in the oven at 200 ° C for 15 minutes.
  4. Roughly dice the remaining onions and peppers. Mix the sour cream with the tomatoes and water to a mixture. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  5. After 15 minutes, take the mold out of the oven and spread the tomato mixture on it. Then distribute the remaining vegetables and finally sprinkle the cheese over them. Bake in the oven for another 45 minutes. Serve afterwards.
