Ingredients

  • 20 g flaxseed meal
  • 30 g walnuts
  • 20 g almonds, chopped
  • 250 g cream quark
  • 200 g raspberries

Instructions

  1. Roughly chop the walnuts and distribute evenly with the flaxseed meal and chopped almonds between 2 jars with screw caps. Sweeten the quark with sugar substitute. Add equal parts to the nut mixture. Finally, distribute the raspberries on top of each.
  2. Put in the fridge overnight. Enjoy the next morning.
