  • 1 egg (s)
  • 50 ml almond milk (almond drink), coconut milk or cow milk also possible
  • 7 teaspoons, heaped flaxseed, crushed
  • some coconut milk, creamy
  • 1 ½ tablespoon protein powder

Instructions

  1. First the egg is mixed with the almond milk and the creamy coconut milk to form a homogeneous mass. Then just put the flaxseed in the blender and grind on the maximum setting until it has the consistency of flour. About 7 teaspoons of it and the protein powder (I have now used Cookies and Cream) are now added to the egg mixture.
  2. Everything is mixed together until it has a creamy consistency. Depending on how you want the mass, you can add some flaxseed flour or protein powder. The mixture is now added to the pan in portions and fried on both sides over medium heat.
  3. There will be about 2 - 3 small pancakes.
