  • 100 g minced beef or other minced meat, e.., mixed minced meat

  • some thyme, dried

Instructions

  1. Put some oil in the pan and fry the minced meat. Cut onions, e.g., in rings and then in the pan. Add the canned tomatoes with a little liquid to the meat and onion pan, as well as thyme, oregano, salt, pepper, Worcester sauce, vinegar and mustard.
  2. Let simmer a little until the tomato juice z. T. evaporated and a homogeneous mass was created. Finally stir in the cheese.
