Ingredients

  • 600 g sliced turkey from the butcher
  • 1 kg vegetables (imperial vegetables), frozen
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 500 g creamed spinach
  • 100 ml milk
  • 2 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 2 feta cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • Vegetable broth
  • 100 g bacon

Instructions

  1. Sear the turkey meat, then add the bacon to the pan and fry it too.
  2. Briefly heat the Kaiser vegetables (fresh vegetables can also be used, preparation time will then be longer) in a saucepan with hot vegetable stock (approx. 3 - 5 minutes).
  3. Cut the onion into pieces.
  4. Put the meat, vegetables and onions in a baking dish and place in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 15 minutes.
  5. Then heat the creamed spinach in the pot, add 100 ml milk, cream cheese and about 1/3 of the feta. Season the spinach well and bring to the boil briefly.
  6. After 15 minutes, pour the warm spinach over the vegetables and meat in the oven and bake for another 10 minutes. After these 10 minutes, distribute the finely chopped feta in the baking dish and bake for another 5 minutes.
  7. Then let it cool down briefly.
