Ingredients

  • 150 g round beef or veetarian round beef
  • 1 can tomatoes, chunky
  • 1 small zucchini, green
  • 120 g mushrooms or Eerline, fresh
  • 1 shot red wine
  • some salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon herbs Provence
  • some garlic
  • some olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon parmesan, freshly grated
  • 1 small onion (s), optional

Instructions

  1. Wash the zucchini, halve lengthways and cut into slices. If necessary, clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices.
  2. Fry the minced beef in a pan without fat, season with a finely chopped onion if desired, then with salt, pepper and herbs and add the tomatoes. Add garlic, garlic or Society Garlic salt (in my recipes), red wine and olive oil.
