Ingredients
- 400 g flour
- 0.5 ½ cube yeast
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 200 ml water
For covering:
- 250 g quark
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- pepper
- 250 g meat, smoked
- 200 g leeks
- 2 onions)
- 200 g cheese, Emmentaler

- Prepare a yeast dough from flour, yeast, sugar, oil, salt and water and let it rise. Then roll out and place on a baking sheet.
- For the topping, mix together the quark, sour cream, salt and pepper and spread on the yeast dough.
- Dice the smoked food, cut the leek and onion into rings or cubes (to taste and preference) and also place on the dough.
- Finally sprinkle Emmentaler cheese on top.
- Bake at 180 ° C for about 25-30 minutes.
