Ingredients

  • 300 g coconut fat
  • 125 g powdered suar
  • 45 g cocoa powder
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 point biscuit (s) (butter biscuits)

Instructions

  1. Let the coconut oil melt on low heat.
  2. Mix the eggs, powdered sugar and cocoa in a bowl. Slowly add the coconut oil as it cools, almost drop by drop, so that the egg does not curdle. Process carefully with the mixer to a uniform mass.
  3. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and spread a layer of this Lukullus mass on it, then cover with shortbread biscuits. Repeat this alternately until the Lukullus mass is used up. Shortbread biscuits should be the last layer.
  4. After about 2 hours in the refrigerator, the cocoa mass is solid and the Lukullus can be overturned from the mold.
  5. Tip: Depending on your taste and needs, you can change the taste of the Lukullus mass with vanilla sugar, rum or coffee.
