Ingredients

  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 large red pepper (s)
  • 16 m large mushrooms
  • 1 medium onion (s), red
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley, smooth
  • 4 slices farmer`s bread (s), strong, toasted
  • 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 6 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet

Instructions

  1. Cut the bell pepper, zucchini, onion and garlic into fine strips. Cut the mushrooms into slices.
  2. Fry everything in a little olive oil for 3-5 minutes. Then salt, pepper and season with paprika powder. Deglaze with balsamic vinegar and add the finely chopped parsley. Dice the toasted farmer`s bread and fold in.
  3. Let the salad cool for about 1 minute and then add the olive oil. Mix everything again, season to taste and serve immediately.
