Ingredients
- 1 zucchini
- 1 large red pepper (s)
- 16 m large mushrooms
- 1 medium onion (s), red
- 2 cloves garlic)
- 0.5 ½ bunch parsley, smooth
- 4 slices farmer`s bread (s), strong, toasted
- 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 6 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, noble sweet

- Cut the bell pepper, zucchini, onion and garlic into fine strips. Cut the mushrooms into slices.
- Fry everything in a little olive oil for 3-5 minutes. Then salt, pepper and season with paprika powder. Deglaze with balsamic vinegar and add the finely chopped parsley. Dice the toasted farmer`s bread and fold in.
- Let the salad cool for about 1 minute and then add the olive oil. Mix everything again, season to taste and serve immediately.
