  • 1 cucumber (s)
  • 0.5 liter ½ vegetable stock
  • salt and pepper
  • horseradish
  • mustard
  • butter
  • sugar
  • vinegar

Instructions

  1. Boil, peel and slice potatoes.
  2. Heat a little butter in the pan until it turns a little brown, add the chopped onions and deglaze with stock before the onions get color. Now add mustard, salt, horseradish, vinegar and sugar and season to taste. Pour the finished stock over the potatoes and let it steep a little.
  3. Peel, core and slice the cucumber and carefully fold into the potatoes. Add some more broth and season to taste.
