Ingredients
- 120 g mixed fruit (e.. banana, strawberries, nectarines, raspberries)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon raw cane sugar
- 2 tablespoon powder sweet lupins
- 2 tablespoon oatmeal, fine
- 250 ml rice drink

- Wash, clean or peel the fruit and cut into small pieces.
- Put in the blender and add lemon juice, cane sugar, oat flakes and a little of the rice milk. Puree finely and add the lupine powder and the rest of the rice milk and mix everything well again.
- Pour into a cocktail glass and, if desired, serve with a cocktail stick with fruit.
