Ingredients

  • 300 g pasta (macaroni), broken into pieces
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • salt
  • 700 g meat sausae, finely diced
  • 2 medium onion (s), finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 egg (s), whisked
  • 2 cans tomato (pizza), 400 g each
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 150 g cheese (butter), coarsely rated

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni in salted water with the addition of 1 tablespoon of oil for approx. 7 minutes, drain and allow to cool.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the onion cubes until translucent, add the meat sausage cubes and heat briefly.
  3. Mix the eggs and tomatoes together and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Grease a baking dish, layer in the macaroni, the sausage mixture and the tomato and egg mixture, the last layer should be the tomato and egg mixture. Sprinkle with the cheese and bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 45 minutes.
