  • 500 g pasta, (Maccheroncini)
  • 200 g meat sausae, with or without arlic
  • 200 ml cream
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 200 g cheese, (Gouda)
  • 1 handful breadcrumbs
  • some butter
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to approx. 200 ° C.
  2. Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions. Meanwhile, grease a casserole dish (preferably a round or oval) with the butter, cut the sausage into small cubes, grate the cheese, whisk the eggs with the cream and season with salt and pepper. Pour the pasta into the baking dish (if necessary divide a little beforehand) and mix with the meat sausage. Pour the sauce evenly over the pasta and sprinkle with cheese and breadcrumbs. Put the casserole in the oven for about 20 minutes, until the crust is nice and crispy.
