Ingredients

  • 350 g pasta (macaroni)
  • 400 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 can tomato (s), diced
  • 600 ml water
  • tomato paste
  • 100 ml ketchup
  • 125 g crème fraîche with herbs
  • 150 g cheese (Gouda), rated
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • Paprika powder
  • Fondor
  • Garlic granules
  • Herbs, Italian
  • Celery salt
  • Onion (s), freeze-dried
  • Fat for the baking dish

Instructions

  1. Put the uncooked macaroni in a greased baking dish.
  2. Season the minced meat and fry in a little fat. Add the canned tomatoes and fill up with the water. Now add the tomato paste and ketchup. Season to taste with the spices. Pour the mixture over the pasta and then distribute the crème fraiche and the grated Gouda evenly on top.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 20-30 minutes. Serve immediately.
