Ingredients

For the sauce:

  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 150 g yourt, 3.5%
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 2 onion (s), finely diced
  • 4 tablespoon oil
  • 1 bunch chives, cut into rolls
  • 1 bunch parsley, chopped
  • Salt, sugar, cayenne pepper

For the salad:

  • 250 g pasta (macaroni), halved if necessary
  • 1 iceberg lettuce
  • 9 tomato (s), normal size or the same number cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber (s)

Instructions

  1. Boil the macaroni in salted water, cut the cucumber into half slices, cut the tomatoes into eighths (quarter or halve the cocktail tomatoes).
  2. Mix the sauce ingredients and mix with the macaroni, cucumber and tomatoes. Let it steep until everything is well drawn (to your own taste). Only add the iceberg lettuce, plucked into bite-sized pieces, half an hour before serving (I have already made the salad without iceberg lettuce).
  3. The salad tastes completely different because it only gets its very slight acidity from the sour milk products and tomatoes. Incidentally, you shouldn`t save with Cayenne. Otherwise season to taste.
