Ingredients

  • 400 g pasta (macaroni)
  • 2 onions)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 leeks
  • 500 g minced meat, beef or mixed
  • 1 can tomato (s)
  • 450 ml chilli sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Curry powder, to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente. Peel and finely chop the onions and clove of garlic. Clean, wash and finely chop the leek. Sear the minced meat with onions and garlic in a coated pan without adding any fat, add a little water if necessary. Add tomatoes, leek and chili sauce, season with salt, pepper, paprika and curry. Let it boil. Mix the cooked pasta with the meat and season to taste again.
