Ingredients

  • 300 g pasta, e.., macaroni or penne
  • Salt and pepper, whiter
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 500 g broccoli
  • 500 g turkey schnitzel
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 1 teaspoon chicken broth, instant
  • 0.5 ½ bunch basil
  • Fat for the shape
  • 75 g cheese, rated or raclette cheese
  • 375 ml water

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles al dente. Wash and clean broccoli, cut into florets. Steam in almost 3/8 l salted water. Drain the pasta and broccoli, collect the vegetable water.
  2. Wash and dry the schnitzel, cut into thin strips. Fry in hot oil for about 5 minutes. Season and take out. Chop the onion and sauté in the frying fat. Dust the flour over it, sweat it. Deglaze with vegetable water and cream. Bring to the boil, stir in the stock and simmer for about 5 minutes. Cut the basil into strips, add to the sauce and season to taste.
  3. Put the pasta, broccoli and turkey strips in the greased baking dish, spread the sauce over it and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for 20-25 minutes.
