The name came up by itself, at the moment when I tried to take this cookie from my child. It was very difficult to do it … The cookies turned out to be so tasty and aromatic, soft-crumbly, with a rich taste of almonds. Having tried it, I understood my baby. To the competition “Silver Line for the joy of children”.

Ingredients

  • Butter (+ a little for greasing the baking sheet) – 80 g
  • Sugar – 1 stack.
  • Egg yolk – 4 pcs
  • Egg white – 1 pc
  • Wheat flour / Flour – 1.5 stack.
  • Almonds – 100 g
  • Vanilla sugar – 1 packet.
  • Salt (pinch)

Directions

  1. Grind sugar (0.5 cups) and butter (soft).
  2. Add vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt.
  3. Separate the yolks from the proteins. Add the yolks to the butter with sugar, grind. Set aside one protein. The rest, if there is nowhere to use, at the moment, can be frozen.
  4. Add flour. Knead the dough. It should be elastic, but soft, and not stick to your hands at all.
  5. Roll out the dough, 3-5mm thick. It rolls out very easily, you just need to lightly sprinkle the table and rolling pin with flour.
  6. We cut out with a glass, glass, molds, or just a knife, any figures. We just have mugs. We immediately spread them on a greased baking sheet with butter.
  7. Almonds (you need to leave a little, for decoration), grind in a blender, into very fine crumbs. Or we pass it through a meat grinder.
  8. Add the remaining sugar.
  9. And protein. Mix thoroughly.
  10. Roll up small balls from the almond mass. We put them on our blanks.
  11. In the center, half a nut.
  12. We bake, in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, until the edges begin to golden. Also, you will feel a funky aroma.
