  • Butter or margarine – 30 g
  • Milk – 1-2 tbsp
  • Green food coloring – 8-10 drops

  1. Leave the oil at room temperature until softened. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. In a bowl, beat the butter, sugar, and almond essence with a mixer. Add flour.
  3. Form the dough into 2.5 cm balls, place on a baking sheet at a distance of 5 cm from each other.
  4. Bake cookies for 12-15 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
  5. In a small bowl, beat the icing sugar, butter, and milk until smooth. Add green dye.
  6. Transfer the mass to a bag, cut off the corner. Decorate the cookies with green icing zigzags.
