Macaroons with Meringue

Macaroons with meringue. Perfect for a festive table. Very healthy and tasty!

Cook: 1 hour

Ingredients

  • Almonds – 300 g
  • Egg white – 3 pcs
  • Cinnamon – 1 teaspoon
  • Wheat flour / Flour – 100 g
  • Sugar – 120 g

Directions

  1. Grind the fried almonds in a blender;
  2. Add flour and cinnamon;
  3. Mix;
  4. Beat the whites and gradually add sugar (beat until steady peaks);
  5. Postpone 4 tbsp of protein in a pastry bag (you will need it for decoration);
  6. Add proteins to our dry mix;
  7. Knead the dough and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes;
  8. After the time has elapsed, we take out the dough and roll it out on the rug, not too thin;
  9. Cut out figurines from the dough and put them on a baking sheet;
  10. Bake at 160 degrees for 12 minutes;
  11. Then we take out the cookies from the oven and put the remaining protein on it and bake again for another 12 minutes.
