Treat yourself to some delicious almond and quinoa cookies. The cookies are soft, sweet, and of course delicious)))
Ingredients
Quinoa – 150 g
Milk – 300 ml
Almonds (ground or almond shavings) – 100 g
Wheat flour / Flour – 40 g
Sugar (to taste) – 40 g
Vanilla sugar – 25 g
Butter (room temperature) – 40 g
Chicken egg – 1 pc
Directions
Rinse the quinoa, add milk, and boil until tender over low heat. Cool down.
Put the quinoa in a container, add chopped almonds (I used almonds), flour, sugar, vanilla sugar (1 sachet of vanilla is also possible), softened butter (I warmed it in the microwave), and mix everything thoroughly until smooth.
Shake the egg lightly with a fork and add to the dough. Stir the dough until smooth and sticky and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Remove the dough from the refrigerator. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper. Shape the cookies as you like. I sculpted sticks with my hands. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and bake for 20 minutes at 210 degrees.
After the time has passed, we take out our cookies and enjoy!
