  • 200 g flour
  • 0.5 ½ sachet baking powder
  • 150 g butter, very soft

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar to a frothy mass. Then stir in the flour and baking powder quickly and add the very soft butter. Then place the dough in the freezer for approx. 10 to 15 minutes, fill the prepared Madeleine molds and for approx. 10 to 12 minutes at 200 ° C. to bake. If you don`t have madeleine molds, you can also bake in muffin or paper molds.
  2. If you like, you can also perfume the dough with grated lemon or orange peel.
