Ingredients

  • 190 g suar
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 75 ml milk
  • 240 g flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking powder, (about 6 g)
  • 90 g butter
  • Butter-vanilla flavor or lemon flavor

Instructions

  1. Mix the sugar, vanilla or lemon flavor and half of the milk with the whole eggs and beat until the mixture is frothy.
  2. Mix the sifted flour and baking powder and add slowly. Always stir. Add the rest of the milk. Stir in the warm, melted butter. Fill into the madeleine molds. Let it rest for a few minutes. Bake on the lower rail of the oven for approx. 15 minutes at 200 - 220 degrees.
  3. Turn out of the tin immediately after baking and let cool on a rack. Can be kept in a can for several days.
