  • 1 kg jacket potato (s), from the day before
  • 50 g clarified butter
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Peel and grate the potatoes boiled the day before. Season with salt and pepper. Do not use the salt too sparingly, rather the pepper.
  2. Put clarified butter in the pan, let it get hot and add the potatoes, spread evenly on the bottom of the pan and fry for about 15 minutes on each side until golden brown.
