Instructions

  1. Put the minced meat in a pan with olive oil and fry. Dice the onions and bacon, add to the meat and fry with it. In the meantime, put the pasta (break through once in the middle, otherwise it will be a huge mess while eating) in a large saucepan with salted water (no oil) and cook until al dente.
  2. When the minced meat is nice and brown, remove the pan from the heat. Drain the pasta water, mix the pasta in a saucepan with a small dash of olive oil (so that they do not stick together). Add the minced meat, bacon and onions to the pasta and put the lid on.
  3. Then put some water for the sauce in the pan (approx. 200 ml) and mix with enough tomato paste to make a tasty tomato sauce. Season the sauce with salt and pepper and bring to the boil briefly.
  4. Then put the sauce in the pot and mix everything well (I always put the lid on and just shake the whole pot). Now you have to add a lot of Maggi (I always take a quarter of a bottle and then season it on the plate if necessary). In the beginning it is better to mix everything in between and try to see if there is enough Maggi.
