  • 1 small bell pepper (s), red
  • 1 white cabbage (Jaroma)
  • 2 leeks
  • 4 spring onion (s)
  • 3 teaspoon, heaped vegetable broth
  • 5 large carrot (s)

Instructions

  1. Put a large pot of water on top, add the 3 teaspoons of vegetable stock and let it boil. In the meantime, cut the Jaroma cabbage into small pieces and add the chopped carrots to the not boiling water. Cook until the cabbage and carrots are soft and add the remaining chopped ingredients, bring to the boil again briefly.
  2. If you like, you can season the soup with some curry powder, for example, as salt is not allowed. I used the Jaroma cabbage because it caused almost no gas and didn`t give off the pungent cabbage smell, so it was very pleasant to eat the soup for several days. I got by with the amount for 3 days, with 2-3 plates per day.
