Ingredients

  • 500 g turkey breast fillet (s)
  • 500 g bell pepper (s), red or yellow, in strips
  • 1 packet feta cheese
  • 4 large onion (s), more if you like
  • 4 garlic clove (s)
  • 250 ml milk
  • 250 ml cream
  • Season Maggi spice mix 3 or salt, pepper and paprika

Instructions

  1. Cut the turkey breast fillet into bite-sized strips. Chop the onions and garlic. Cut the feta into thin strips and wash and cut the peppers into strips.
  2. Season and fry the meat. Add onions and garlic to the pan. Fry well together and then deglaze with milk and cream. When boiling, add the feta little by little and stir again and again. Just before the feta has melted completely, add the pepper strips, they should stay quite crisp.
  3. The pan should now be a bit creamy, if the sauce is too thick, dilute it with a little milk. Season again to taste and serve.
  4. We are happy to serve you fresh baguette and a seasonal salad.
