  • 1 kg chicken breast fillet (s) (plain, not seasoned)
  • 5 cup / s cornflakes, unsweetened!
  • 2 egg (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 2 cup flour

Instructions

  1. First prepare the breading. Put the unsweetened cornflakes in a freezer bag and chop them up with a rolling pin. The cornflakes are later responsible for the super crispy crust. Whisk the eggs with paprika, salt and pepper.
  2. Divide the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and then roll them in the flour, knocking off the excess flour. Turn the pieces of meat in the egg mixture and then in the corn flakes breading.
  3. Fry the breaded chicken nuggets in sufficient vegetable oil in the pan until golden brown. You need about 2 - 3 minutes from each side and then you are already done.
  4. They taste best with a fresh salad. They can be eaten warm or cold.
