Ingredients
- 40 g protein powder, (chocolate)
- 15 g cocoa powder, (bakin)
- 4 tablespoon sweetener, (sprinkle sweetness)
- 1 egg (s)
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
- 60 ml milk, low-fat
- sweetener, more liquid

- Mix the dry ingredients together. Add the egg, oil and milk and stir well until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- If the dough is too firm, add a little more milk. If necessary, add liquid sweetener to taste.
- Place the dough on a plate or in a bowl and bake in the microwave for 3 minutes at 800 watts. Let cool down briefly and serve.
