Ingredients
- 15 mandarin (s) organic, pressed (use the juice elsewhere)
- 400 g rock suar
- 700 ml vodka
- 1 vanilla pod (s), scraped out (use the pulp otherwise)

- Put the squeezed organic mandarins, the vanilla pod and the rock sugar in a sufficiently large container. Top up with vodka until everything is covered. Let the mixture steep for at least 3 months, then strain and fill into bottles. The longer the liqueur matures, the better it tastes.
- This recipe is expressly intended to use leftovers from organic mandarins, the juice is not required.
