  • 120 ml orange juice
  • 150 ml yogurt, Greek
  • 0.25 ¼ vanilla pod (s), the pulp, or vanilla extract
  • some agave syrup or honey

Instructions

  1. Peel the mandarins, divide them into the individual fillets and remove the stones. Puree the pulp with orange juice, yoghurt and vanilla in a blender, season with agave syrup.
