Ingredients

  • 200 ml cream
  • 250 g quark
  • 1 small Can (s) tangerine (s) or other fruit
  • possibly chocolate sprinkles
  • 3 packs vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream until stiff and add the quark. Mix well with the 3 sachets of vanilla sugar. If you want, you can stir chocolate sprinkles into the mass.
  2. Line the bottom of 4 dessert glasses with a few mandarins, sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles if necessary. Spread the quark cream on top and sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles. Spread a few more mandarins on top as a decoration.
