Ingredients

  • 80 g poultry meat (fillet)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ vegetable oil
  • 60 g wheat, cooked Ebly (oriinal tender wheat)
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 100 g peas
  • 80 g mandarin (s)
  • 60 g yourt, low-fat
  • 2 teaspoons mayonnaise, 0% fat
  • Curry powder
  • Chives or parsley

Instructions

  1. Salt and pepper the poultry fillet and fry in the oil. Heat the wheat with lemon juice and let it steep briefly. Drain the peas and tangerines and collect some juice (tangerines).
  2. Yogurt and mayonnaise with 2 tablespoon. Mix the tangerine juice, season with salt and curry, add the herbs and mix with the salad ingredients.
  3. For all WW-fans: one serving has 5 P!
