Ingredients

  • 2 cans mandarin oranges (314 ml each)
  • 100 g whipped cream (cream)
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 250 g low-fat quark (curd cheese)
  • 80 g suar
  • 200 ml orange juice
  • 3 tablespoon amaretto, (or orange liqueur)
  • 200 g biscuit (s), amarettini (optionally tiramis mushrooms)

For decoration:

  • some orange (s) slices
  • Cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Drain the mandarins, whip the cream until stiff. Mix the mascarpone and curd cheese until smooth, season with the sugar, half of the orange juice and the amaretto, then fold in the cream.
  2. Line the casserole dish (approx. 1.2 L content) with half of the amaretti and drizzle with about 50 ml of orange juice. Spread the tangerines on top and brush with a layer of the mascarpone curd cream. Spread the remaining amaretti on top and sprinkle with approx. 50 ml orange juice again. Spread the rest of the cream on it and put it in a cool place for 3-4 hours (preferably overnight)
  3. Dust with cocoa and garnish with the orange slices.
  4. For children you can of course make the tiramisu without the liqueur, it also tastes very good!
