Ingredients

For the ground:

  • 250 g biscuit (s), crumbled
  • 125 g butter, who likes half fat

  • 5 egg yolks
  • 125 g suar
  • 750 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 2 packs pudding powder, vanilla
  • 2 tablespoon liqueur (vanilla liqueur)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla pod (s), ground
  • 5 egg whites
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 1 can tangerine (s)

Instructions

  1. For the base, mix the biscuit crumbs with the melted butter and press onto the base of a springform pan. Alternatively, you can use shortcrust pastry.
  2. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until thick and creamy, gradually stir in the quark and mascarpone. Then sieve in the pudding powder and stir in together with the vanilla and liqueur.
  3. Beat egg whites with salt until stiff, then let the sugar trickle in and then carefully fold the stiff snow under the cheese mixture.
  4. Spread about 4 tablespoons of the cheese mixture on the dough and spread the mandarins on top.
  5. Then spread the rest of the mixture on it.
  6. Bake at 180 ° C for about 35-40 minutes.
  7. Then take it out and cut horizontally all around from the side about 2 cm deep so that the cake can collapse evenly afterwards.
  8. Put back in the oven after 10 minutes and bake for about 20-25 minutes.
