- 1 cl lime juice
- 2 cl sugar syrup
- Ginger Beer

- First, the tangerine is peeled and set aside. Then fill the shaker and the glass with ice and put the mandarins in the shaker. Now add the rum, lime juice and sugar syrup and shake everything for 30 seconds. Strain everything with a double strain and fill up with ginger beer, put the decoration on the edge.
