  • 1 avocado (s)
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), organic
  • 150 g cherry tomato (s)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Chilli flakes
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Remove the mango and avocado from the core and cut into small pieces. Quarter the cherry tomatoes and mix with the mango and avocado. Squeeze the lemon and rub in some lemon peel. Mix with olive oil and season with salt, pepper and chilli flakes.
  2. Tip: If you want, you can rub some ginger in. That refines the taste.
