Ingredients

  • 0.5 ½ mango (s), ripe
  • 100 ml coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoon curry paste, red
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 pinch (s) sea salt
  • some coconut oil or other vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a pan, cut the onions and garlic into small pieces and fry them together. Add the curry paste and continue frying.
  2. Cut the mango into small pieces and add to the pan. Finally add the coconut milk, salt the sauce and simmer briefly.
  3. If you like the sauce a little finer, you can finish it with the hand blender.
